Carlo was great. First time I had ever gone thru a house inspection and he explained everything to me. Our Seller was present and he confidently let me know of any issues he saw as he was going thru. He was very professional and extremely thorough even mentioning things that weren’t issues but I needed to know for my own benefit once living in the house. Would highly recommend!!!!
