CARLO VITALE
Owner and NJ Licensed Home Inspector
Carlo is the owner of Vitale Inspection Services. Carlo has worked as a professional home inspector for over a decade, learning from some of the best before starting his own company in 2011. Carlo has been involved in residential construction for most of his life, working alongside his father on building and remodeling jobs from the moment that he was old enough to hold a hammer. Carlo went on to acquire a broader experience in the industry, working with several different companies in the electrical, plumbing, and HVAC fields. Carlo’s passion for homes, customer service, and charitable donations is reflected by the ethos of his company and the conduct of his employees. Carlo lives in Hamilton, NJ with his beautiful wife and twin children. When he’s not performing inspections, Carlo can usually be found spending quality time with family and friends. He loves to eat a delicious meal and takes great pleasure in flying his remotely-operated drone. Carlo also manages an educational blog called “Homeschooled” where he meets professionals on-site to discuss the nature of their job and the details of their current project..
Jarred Martinez
NJ Licensed Home Inspector
Jarred has been with Vitale Inspection Services LLC since 2017. As of now, he has done over 300 inspections. Jarred worked for Cablevison/Altice as a field supervisor for 17 years before coming to Vitale Inspection Services.
Jarred customer service skills are above par, and he is very personable. His knowledge and passion for homes show through each and every one of his inspections that he performs. Jarred lives in Hamilton, NJ and when he is not doing inspections, he loves to spend time with his wife and twin boys. He enjoys watching his boys play hockey. For fun Jarred likes to golf and is a Flyers fan.

Nick Dogias

He gained an extensive skill set in several areas that have helped him throughout his career since his initial job. Bill lives with his wife in Hamilton, NJ. Together, they have three daughters and six wonderful grandchildren. In his leisure time, Bill enjoys cooking and watching sports. He also likes to play trivia—and as a passionate history buff, he does quite well.
