Carlo was excellent and probably saved me from making a very expensive mistake. On the face of things the house that I wanted to purchase looked very good. But he pointed out 20 things that needed to be repaired or replaced. The cost would have been around 16,000 fix. I will definitely use Carlo again when I find another house I want to purchase.
